These terms govern your use of Zagent, an AI home-buying assistant operated by Zora REI, Inc., a licensed New York real estate brokerage. By creating an account or using Zagent you agree to them.

The service

Zagent helps you search for homes, answers questions from available data, and — at your direction — communicates with listing agents and other parties in a transaction. Zagent is an AI assistant operating under the supervision of Zora REI, Inc.; matters requiring professional judgment are reviewed by brokerage staff under its licensed oversight. Figures presented as estimates are derived from public records and comparable sales — they are not list prices, offers, or appraisals. Zagent does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.

Fair housing

Our services are provided in accordance with federal, state, and local fair housing laws. Zagent will share objective data about homes and areas but will not steer, and will decline requests to characterize neighborhoods by protected characteristics.

Text messaging program

Zagent by Zora REI communicates directly by SMS/MMS as part of the service: updates about your home search, answers to your questions, showing coordination, and alerts when new matching homes are found. You consent to this operational texting when you create an account; replying STOP pauses it at any time without closing your account.

Separately, and only if you opt in, we send occasional Zora REI news and promotions by text. Consent to promotional texts is optional and is not a condition of using the service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel text messages; reply HELP for help, or contact zora-rei@zora-rei.org. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your account

Keep your login credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You agree to provide accurate information and to use Zagent only for a genuine home search.

Limits

Zagent is provided as-is. We work to keep information current and accurate, but listings, availability, and figures can change without notice, and AI-generated content can contain errors — verify anything material before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, Zora REI, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. These terms are governed by New York law.
