Zagent is an AI home-buying assistant operated by Zora REI, Inc., a licensed New York real estate brokerage (“we,” “us”). This policy describes what we collect when you use Zagent and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your account details (name, email address, and phone number if you provide one), your conversations with Zagent, the home-search preferences those conversations express, and your consent and disclosure acknowledgments. We collect what you tell us; we do not buy data about you or track you across other websites.

How we use it

To run your home search: finding and discussing properties, contacting listing agents and other transaction parties at your direction, and keeping you updated. Because we are a licensed brokerage, our staff review Zagent’s communications as part of required supervision. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Text messaging

Zagent communicates by SMS/MMS as part of the service — updates about your home search, answers to your questions, showing coordination, and alerts when new matching homes are found. You consent to this operational texting when you create an account, and it becomes active once a phone number is on file. Separately, and only if you opt in, we send occasional news and promotions by text; promotional consent is optional and never a condition of service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-message services.

Message frequency varies based on the activity in your home search. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP or email us for assistance. Opting out of texts does not close your account — Zagent remains available on this site.

Who we share information with

Service providers that make the product work — our messaging carrier, our AI model providers, our mapping and street-imagery provider (Google, when imagery is displayed), and hosting infrastructure — each only to the extent needed to provide the service. Listing agents and other transaction parties receive only what is needed to act on your instructions (for example, your interest in a showing). We may disclose information when the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep conversation and transaction records for as long as New York brokerage record-keeping rules require, and account data for as long as your account is open. Access is limited to supervising staff.
