Nothing is set up until you type the code we email you, so an unfinished join takes no seat at your firm. After that you’re in your firm’s queue, and you still can’t post anything until someone at your brokerage approves you — posting a listing asserts that your firm holds a valid listing agreement for the property, and that assertion should never rest on a key that was forwarded in an email.
